Corey Rhodes, Owner & Broker of CVC Real Estate Group Inc., began working in the real estate industry more than 21 years ago. Since that time Corey has been involved in every aspect of the real estate business developing a deep resume of experience and bringing a wealth of knowledge to the clients he serves.
After several years working as both a realtor and a mortgage broker, Corey launched CVC Marketing Group (now CVC Real Estate Group Inc.) concentrating on residential real estate in the greater Los Angeles area. In 1997 Corey relocated the business to Orange County and the focus of CVC Real Estate Group Inc., shifted to the expanding foreclosure market. Since that time, CVC Real Estate Group Inc., has specialized primarily on the REO & BPO business completing over 19,000 BPOs and successfully closing over 425 REO transactions.

Corey’s own personal commitment to the REO industry is exemplified by his numerous professional accreditations. Designated with the CREO certification, Corey was recently elevated to the distinguished position of Master Broker for California by the National REO Brokers Association (NRBA). Corey dedicates himself to further education in the field through numerous conferences and training seminars throughout the country. He is the recipient of several default school certifications and is a member in good standing with Equator (Platinum Certified), RES.net (certified), REO Network, REO Source, Dispo Solutions and the NRBA.
When not working, Corey spends his time with his family enjoying the Orange County lifestyle. He dedicates his time as a Laguna Niguel Little League volunteer umpire and he and his family work together to support Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times, Children’s Hospital Orange County (CHOC) and the Make A Wish Foundation.
